Research and Development

“Research and Development” comprises all activities at Laimburg Centre that serve in the attainment of new knowledge, highlighted by a multitude of projects in both basic and applied research. The main focus in this area is the initiation and coordination of research initiatives, including participation in the management of specific EU framework programs. Research and Development supports the head office directly by assessing project proposals, creating reports, evaluating research, performing statistical surveys on research and development, and through ongoing communication with other national and international agricultural research institutes and consulting services.
